Why a gallery video won't send as a circle
In Telegram a round video message (people call it a "circle" or "video note") is recorded only with the camera inside a chat: hold the camera button, record, release. There is no "send as video message" button for a ready-made video — on the phone, in Telegram Desktop or on the web.

Can I send a gallery video as a round video message without a bot?
No. Telegram records a video message only live from the camera; a ready-made video is sent as a regular rectangular video.
How long can a circle be?
Up to 60 seconds. Longer videos are cut into several circles in a row (up to 10).
Will the recipient see that a bot made it?

The video won't send — it's too big
